Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered a premium Snow Arrangement to be delivered on the same day for a friend whose mother passed. I signed up for text updates so I could track my order and be notified when the arrangement was delivered. My friend texted me that she received the beautiful arrangement and genuinely loved it but I never received any updates or even a photo of the final arrangement. I couldn't ask my friend who was grieving to send me a photo. I would leave 5 stars if only they could improve on their communication.
